Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute visual concepts, designs, and layout for print and digital media.
  • Create graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance the organization's brand presence.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies by providing creative ideas and recommendations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the organization's visual assets, including photos, videos, and design files.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles and ability to translate concepts into visual communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of web design and familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
